What is ceramic coating and how long does it last?

Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that bonds to your vehicle’s paint, creating a durable, hydrophobic layer. It protects against UV rays, dirt, and chemicals and can last 2 to 5 years depending on the product and maintenance.

What is paint correction?

Paint correction is the process of machine polishing your paint to remove swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, and other imperfections. Restoring depth and gloss to your finish.

Do you offer mobile detailing?

Yes, we offer mobile detailing and can come to your home. We only need access to water and power. (Or, if shop-based:) 

Is there a cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Yes — we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee.

How long does a detail take?

Time depends on the level of service.

Will you clean my engine bay?

Yes, engine bay cleaning is available as an add-on. We degrease and safely clean the area while avoiding sensitive components.

Will detailing remove scratches?

Yes — to an extent. Light scratches and swirl marks can be removed or reduced with paint correction (polishing). Deeper scratches may require wet sanding or touch-up paint, which can be discussed during your inspection.

What’s the difference between one-step and multi-step paint correction?

 

  • One-Step Correction: One round of polishing to remove light defects and boost gloss.

  • Multi-Step Correction: Involves compounding (to cut deeper defects) followed by polishing for a refined, swirl-free finish — ideal for neglected or dark-colored vehicles

 

How should I wash my car after a ceramic coating?

Use a pH-neutral car shampoo, microfiber mitts, and the two-bucket method. Avoid automatic car washes. Dry with clean microfiber towels or an air blower. Ask us about coating-safe maintenance washes.

Can you remove salt stains or winter grime from interiors?

Yes! We offer salt stain removal from carpets and mats using hot water extraction and specialty cleaners — especially useful after harsh winters.
